
Discover the joy of the most dynamic, fun and healing outdoor yoga practice! Join us for a beautiful hour of Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga. Katie will take you out on our lovely harbor waters to work on your balance and core strength on the sea and under the sun.
We’ll provide:
Previous SUP and/or yoga experience is NOT required. This SUP Yoga is designed for all levels and will strengthen your paddling and board skills.
The asana practice will work on:
Class is 75 minutes. Plan to arrive 15-20 minutes early as parking is limited.
Weight minimum is 90 lbs. for safety and to be able to maneuver a 10' by 33" stand-up paddleboard.
In the case of inclement weather, classes purchased may be used at a later date. Cancellations must be made within 24 hours to be issued a refund.
Cost is $45/$25 without equipment.
