SUP Yoga for Beginners Workshop 7/13
This two hour workshop will provide the guidance and technique to comfortably move on the water with certified instructor, Katie Johnson of KOAN Wellness. Learn basics of equipment, safety, water rules, paddling and SUP Yoga. This class is meant for first-timers, beginners, or those looking to refine their paddling and/or SUP yoga technique. The course lasts two hours and is priced both for those who need equipment and those who have their own. A perfect addition to your vacation or weekend routine, you'll leave the harbor feeling refreshed and rejuvenated!
